The Corporate Wellness Process 

Pre-Discovery Consultation

Once your initial discovery consultation booking is confirmed, you will be sent some forms including some important information to help understand more about your company needs and current health and food provision:
 

  • Terms of engagement to provide an overview to what you can expect from me as your Nutritional Therapist and what I can expect from you as a client.
     

  • Privacy Policy to provide reassurance about how your data will be handled.
     

  • Corporate Health Questionnaire to help me prepare for our consultation and understand some of the important details about the needs of your business and prepare for our consultation.
