You will be able to change your preference up to 48 hours before the start date for the course, but course dates must start within 10 months from the date of purchase. Please note that some courses are only available via video-streaming or may be changed to video-streaming option only. This ticket is not refundable. 

If you purchase the 4-course package using a discount code that is conditional upon attendance of specific courses, you will not be able to change your course preferences unless you forfeit the discount and make payment in full.
