This 10-hour online nutritional therapy package provides 3 months of extended support consultations, including: 3x 2-hour extended length nutritional therapy follow-up sessions The remaining 4 hours can be used flexibly over the 3-month period in 15, 30 or 60-minute intervals. The extended package provides longer consultations for clients who require additional time to discuss their needs. You are asked to select an extended package if you: i) have a serious long-term diagnosed medical condition that affects your physical and mental health. This includes conditions that have required or may require future hospitalisation, or which you have been advised by your physician may be life-threatening. ii) have multiple long-term diagnosed medical conditions. iii) have one or more long-term diagnosed medical conditions that have responded atypically to standard medical care. iv) have numerous undiagnosed symptoms or concerns which your physician is not currently aware of. v) have required or currently require multiple medical or surgical therapies to support long-term conditions that affect your health. vi) have difficulty hearing, communicating or understanding health information in English including need for an interpreter. vii) have a complex history relating to your health and/or relationship with food that may require more time to explain and discuss. viii) have multiple or complex/comprehensive laboratory tests eg. genetics. The plan assumes a fair usage limit of 90 minutes admin time per month, including any written or verbal correspondence, report-writing, research, data collation, analysis and test interpretation time. Additional time required will be deducted from the total hours in the plan. All consultations will take place online via Zoom. This plan is not valid for any in-person appointments at the Hale Clinic in Harley Street. This provides 30% saving compared with pay-as-you-go pricing. All appointments will take place online via zoom. The plan provides a saving of ~15% compared with pay-as-you-go pricing. You can pay up-front or pay monthly with an installment plan over 3 months. If you are not an active nutritional therapy clinic (or if you have not had an appointment within the last 12 months), you must schedule an assessment separate to this plan, unless you have no specific health symptoms, concerns or diagnoses, take no medications, are awaiting no medical procedures/investigations, and require only general nutrition advice.

Your nutritional therapy process will begin with an assessment of your personal and family health history, dietary habits and preferences, as well as other factors that might influence your personalised nutrition plan. You will be asked to complete a pre-consultation health questionnaire, and a detailed 7-day food, lifestyle and symptom diary, and submit these online, through your a secure, GDPR-compliant client portal. If you have copies of any recent laboratory test results, or written health reports from your doctors that you’d like me to consider, you can upload these here too. Your initial nutritional therapy assessment consultation (extended length) will last approximately 3-hours. During your face-to-face appointment, we will discuss your health goals, concerns, motivations, habits and preferences. I may ask you more to share further relevant details about your health, to ensure I have sufficient information to your phase one nutritional therapy plan is safe, appropriate and realistic. After we meet, I will provide you with a written pdf copy of the personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, which will include details of any supplements, laboratory tests or referrals that may useful.
