Service Description

As a nutritional therapist, my first step in guiding you towards better health is a thorough assessment. This begins with understanding your personal and family health history, your dietary habits, and other factors that will shape your personalised nutrition plan. Before we meet, I'll ask you to fill out a pre-consultation health questionnaire and keep a detailed 7-day diary of your food, lifestyle, and any symptoms. This helps me get a comprehensive view of your daily routines and health. You can submit these documents securely and conveniently through a GDPR-compliant client portal. If you have any recent lab test results or health reports from your doctors, feel free to upload these as well. Our initial nutritional therapy assessment consultation will be a standard 2-hour session conducted online. During this time, we'll dive deep into your health goals, concerns, motivations, and preferences. I might ask for additional information about your health to ensure that the phase one nutrition plan I create for you is safe, appropriate, and realistically tailored to your needs. After our meeting, I’ll provide you with a detailed pdf copy of your personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. This will include suggestions for supplements, laboratory tests, or referrals if they seem beneficial. Please note that the cost of supplements and laboratory tests is not included in the consultation fee. A standard consultation generally suits those who have straightforward health and nutrition needs. However, extended consultations are available and may be necessary if you: -Have a serious long-term diagnosed medical condition affecting your physical or mental health. -Are dealing with multiple long-term diagnosed medical conditions. -Have conditions that have shown atypical responses to standard medical care. -Have numerous undiagnosed symptoms or concerns not yet discussed with a physician. -Require or are undergoing multiple medical or surgical therapies for long-term health conditions. -Have difficulty hearing, communicating, or understanding health information or need an interpreter. -Have a complex history related to your health and/or relationship with food. -Have undergone multiple or complex/comprehensive laboratory tests, like genetics, that need careful analysis. Whether you're searching for a personalised nutrition plan, blood analysis for diet optimisation, or intrigued by nutrigenomics, I support your health with empathy and precision.
