AG Nutrition Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. This website, or where relevant, Swandoola.com, Practicebetter.io, Haleclinic.com or Vimeo.com will require your card details for all bookings. Please note that AG Nutrition Ltd does not store any card details directly.

  2. To secure any appointments, payment at the time of booking is necessary.

  3. All bookings with Adam Greer require either a monthly subscription with a payment plan or payment for services purchased in full at the time of booking.

  4. Online bookings for Adam Greer must be made via the online booking platform and paid before confirming the appointment unless an arrangement is made to pay via Swandoola.com or direct bank transfer.

  5. Discovery calls lasting 15 minutes in duration are complimentary.

  6. Ag Nutrition Ltd requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to make any appointment changes or cancellations.

  7. Cancellations within 48 hours, or 'no shows', will result in a charge (or a deduction of a consultation from a package if you have purchased one). This is because the appointment could have been made available to another client with more notice.

  8. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment at The Hale Clinic, you must provide one working week's notice period, as AG Nutrition Ltd will otherwise incur charges from the clinic.

Client Responsibility

  1. New clients for nutritional therapy or mentoring assessments must complete pre-consultation forms and ensure they are sufficiently detailed when submitted. This submission must be at least 72 hours before the initial consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you do not provide sufficient information in time, your appointment will be rescheduled, and a charge for any room booking fees at The Hale Clinic will be invoiced to the client. This must be paid within 24 hours of cancellation.

  2. Follow-up consultations may sometimes require pre-completion of forms or tasks; in some cases, you will need to upload laboratory test results from your doctor. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these must be submitted at least 72 hours before your consultation to ensure Adam has sufficient time to review the information. Late submission may affect the scheduling of his diary and require the talk to be rescheduled, or a charge for additional time or room hire fees will be invoiced to the client.

  3. Late arrivals may receive a partial consultation. Adam will always try to provide full consultations but cannot keep other clients waiting or disrupt scheduled commitments. If you have any issues with transport, internet or computer function, or any other problems that might delay your session, please get in touch as soon as possible. If you do not have a functional Zoom link for an online consultation, please get in touch with Adam at least 48 hours before the session to remedy this.

  4. All children aged 16 and under referred to the nutritional therapy clinic, in-person or online, must be accompanied by a supervising adult. A consultation will be automatically cancelled if a supervising adult is not available or present, and the parent or guardian who purchased the session will be charged in full for the consultation.

  5. For safety and comfort, only guide dogs are allowed on the premises of The Hale Clinic.

Payment & Packages

  1. This website accepts major credit cards, including American Express.

  2. All due split payments must be paid before the consultation is performed for that month.

  3. Consultation packages or educational courses must be used within the appropriate time frame for that course or package. For example, a 12-month plan must be completed within 12 months of purchase. Unused consultations or course lectures after this period will not be accessible, refunded or credited.

Refunds

  1. AG Nutrition does not offer refunds or exchanges on services or courses purchased unless otherwise agreed upon or legally required.

Promotions and Pricing

  1. Promotional offers cannot be used with any other offers unless expressly stated.

  2. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

  3. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to not proceed with the sale.

Complaints

  1. All complaints must be made in writing to AG Nutrition Ltd via contact@adamgreernutrition.com

Supplements and Referral Requests

  1.  It is your responsibility to ensure that supplements are purchased on time to confirm availability and to notify Adam if they are out of stock to arrange an alternative.

  2. Any recommendations, dietary, lifestyle or supplementary, are suitable assuming the information you have provided is complete, accurate and up to date, whether you are the client, parent, guardian or clinician accessing clinical development support. The dose, frequency and duration must be carefully followed, and you should not self-prescribe or change the agreed regime without notifying AG Nutrition Ltd.

  3. Any referrals to medical doctors or other healthcare practitioners for diagnosis or treatment or service provision beyond the scope of practice of a nutritional therapy practitioner is your responsibility to engage with. Where a referral letter has been provided, you must ensure your doctor or clinician receives this.

  4. Where information about your health, including diagnosis and treatments you receive, medical or non-medical, have changed or been updated, it is vital that you notify Adam as soon as possible to ensure you receive safe, appropriate information at your next consultation.

  5. Changes to your nutrition or lifestyle plan will require a new consultation.

  6. If you last accessed a consultation over six months, you will need to purchase an extended consultation to allow more time to update Adam about changes to your circumstances.

Testing Services accessed via AG Nutrition

  1. AG Nutrition Services may collaborate with several external laboratories for testing services.

  2. You will be contacted to book an appointment when your test results are in.

  3. The laboratories observe strict confidentiality and will not send you your results without the referring clinicians' consent.

  4. Adam does not receive a commission on any testing services provided. Where possible, trade prices will be made available to the client directly.
